Course Description

We will examine the difference between film delivery as opposed to television delivery. Film is visual, epic and big, with sweeping vistas, and deep problems, often heart wrenching or devastating, that need addressing. Television has more talking heads, insular problems and smaller spaces usually. We will examine how this affects screenwriting and delivery of concepts. If you want to write for feature films, and you didn't grow up on them or you were born after 1963, this is a good class for you to take for clarification.
